Fran has been with Henley Leadership Group for five years where she has overseen our digital marketing efforts including our website and social media, growing our visibility while ensuring that both design and content reflect our company’s values and brand.
She currently manages our website and supports Dede Henley with her thought leadership writing by managing the publishing process across various platforms including Forbes, Medium, Thrive Global and LinkedIn - with more to come!
Fran is no stranger to working in small businesses where everyone wears many hats. She did this at a fast-paced political consulting firm in D.C., at a fashion advertising & design/build firm in Seattle, and for years as a founding partner in a textile company that sold high-end fabrics nationally to interior designers and architects.
Fran likes to volunteer and recently took part in a portrait exchange program in Afghanistan. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest where she hosts three Airbnb vacation rentals (and yoga retreats) on family acreage. She frequently travels to Vietnam where she has a design business with her partner Michael.
Fran traveled to Afghanistan with The Memory Project in 2019 where she also visited her sister who runs an NGO (PARSA) in Kabul. They lived there as children.
