How to choose
Which one is right for you?
Leadership Coaching is built for people leaders and managers across an organization. Executive Coaching is built specifically for senior executives navigating organization-wide, systems-level responsibility. Learn more about Executive Coaching & Development.
IOLD is built to spread shared tools and a shared leadership language broadly, from individual contributors through directors, so self-aware leadership becomes part of how an organization operates. LeaderPaD is narrower and more diagnostic, built around identified high-potential leaders who need clear feedback data and coaching focused on readiness for their next role.
Leadership Coaching is a one-on-one engagement for an individual leader, without the cohort structure or organization-wide rollout that IOLD and LeaderPaD are built around. It's the right fit when one leader needs support, not a broader program.
A Multi-Day Retreat is a bounded, immersive experience, 2 to 3 days away from the daily work environment. A Team Coaching Series is ongoing, working through one specific problem or opportunity over multiple sessions, with a coach helping carry the work forward between them.
