Meet Rachel Butler

Leadership Coach and Facilitator, DEIB

Rachel brings together her background in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and health and wellbeing toward the goal of creating truly human-centered, high performing teams and systems. Over nearly fifteen years, Rachel has worked with over 325 organizations in the Pacific Northwest in technology, healthcare, hospitality, not-for-profit, and small business. Her focus is on developing self awareness and systems awareness in leaders, facilitating learning among small groups, and building human-centered organizations.

Rachel works using a collaborative approach to be sure engagements are rooted in an understanding of what is most likely to effect lasting change for the individual and the organization. This includes how the work will best align with an organization’s current and future goals as well as with the personal and professional development of leaders. She incorporates a variety of skills and leadership approaches to offer authentic, caring, and practical coaching and development services, tailored to meet the needs of the individual and organization. Her approach is strengths-based, outcomes-driven, and service-oriented. She is known for bringing practical, relevant learning that can be implemented right away (not a bunch of fluff and pointless icebreakers), her ability to create safe spaces to learn, and her sense of humor.

Rachel holds a Masters in Organizational Systems with a specialization in Leadership in Organizational Development, is a Professional Co-Active Coach, a trained Executive Coach through Saybrook University, a ProSci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Centering Facilitator, and holds a B.S. in Nutrition (Dietetics) with a minor is Business.
