I’m Annaleis, an Assessment Coordinator at Henley Leadership Group. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor in Psychology at the University of Washington. I bring an open-hearted and detail-driven approach to my work and love helping others thrive.

I feel most energized when I’m writing, making art, or collaborating with others. I care deeply about my family and community, which shows in how I work with care, humility, and curiosity. Whether I’m managing assessment logistics or diving into data, I try to bring clarity and intention to everything I do.

What is your approach to work?

I bring energy, empathy, and a commitment to growth to my work. I value feedback, collaboration, and creating a little fun along the way. I’m always paying attention to the small details that make a big difference, and I’m constantly looking for ways to make things better.

What Are You Currently Learning?

I’m constantly inspired by the powerful women in my life, especially my mom and grandmother, who’ve shown me what it means to be compassionate and grounded. I love learning from the people around me and from everyday moments.

I’m proud of how committed I am to my personal growth, both in the classroom and in life. I find joy in making art and writing, and I’m curious about how creativity can support meaningful, impactful work.
