Navigating Change: Leading Through the Messy Middle

Navigating Change: Leading Through the Messy Middle

Change is constant, but transition is a personal shift (the work). This session explores what it means to move through change with awareness, patience, and presence—acknowledging the emotions, uncertainty, and opportunity that come with it.

You’ll explore:

  • The stages of transition using William Bridges’ framework of endings, the neutral zone, and new beginnings.

  • How to stay grounded and compassionate when you or your team are in the “messy middle.”

  • Ways to support others as they process change at different paces.

  • Practices that build resilience and help teams reorient toward what’s next.
