My coaching is emergent and multi-modal—I meet clients where they are and tailor our work to their unique goals. I'm currently exploring regenerative leadership, the intersection of AI and human development, and new approaches for leading in complexity. I draw inspiration from Otto Scharmer (Theory U), Nancy Kline (Thinking Environments), Bob Kegan (Adult Development), Peter Senge (Systems Thinking), Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), and Dr. Jeff Levin (Life Alignment).

I'm also diving into material on psychological safety, emergent strategy, and energy alignment. My learning is a blend of academic theory and embodied personal practice.

I’m a father, a mountain adventurer, and a lifelong seeker of meaning. I’ve been lucky to travel and connect with diverse cultures around the world—from Peru to Nepal to Tibet. My involvement with AspireYouth reflects my commitment to creating meaningful pathways for others to thrive.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching global executives through transitions, cultural transformations, and complex leadership challenges. I lead an international coaching business of over 30 coaches, and have partnered with Microsoft’s top-tier leaders for more than a decade. I’m especially proud of helping organizations build resilience, clarity, and purpose-driven leadership—and of showing up with calm presence, strategic insight, and a deep belief in human potential.

I’m a mountain adventurer, social entrepreneur, and global citizen. I serve on the board of AspireYouth, supporting marginalized youth in South Africa through micro-business incubation. And yes—I'm 6'6" (2.0m)!
