Janet Williams-Hepler

Certified Leadership Coach and Consultant

Creative inspiration comes from anywhere. What inspires and sustains me are the opportunities to get outdoors, make music, tackle new challenges, and collaborate with others who love to learn and explore possibilities.

I partner with my coaching clients to explore ways to tap into their strengths, develop professionally, lead authentically, and cultivate high-performing teams. My clients say they gain greater self-awareness, improve the balance of personal and professional priorities, and build confidence and momentum for sustainable change.

At the heart of my coaching is the conviction that work is too important to be boring, exhausting, or energy-depleting. I work with leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo. My clients bring their experience, vision, ideas, and curiosity. I bring deep listening, optimism, and the ability to draw out insights from the patterns I observe. Together, we identify creative options, outline paths for change, and test those ideas with real-world experiments.

Having previously worked for 20+ years in the technology industry, I understand how innovative organizations operate—and how individuals and teams thrive (or don’t) within them. I’ve managed teams through change while keeping people engaged and productive.
