Jeaneen spent 15 years as an executive for the second largest financial staffing company in the US with over 100 international offices. She served as Vice President-National Sales and Area Vice President. Her responsibilities included design, strategy and implementation of the organization’s first national sales function as well as the start-up, leadership, management and growth of a multiple-office region, achieving record sales.

Jeaneen is a seasoned executive coach for HLG and serves leaders and teams committed to leading from their deepest potential.  She is skilled as a coach in global organization and relationship systems. Causing transformation from the inside out, she holds a vision that professional success, fulfillment and sustainability can co-exist. She is compassionate, courageous, clear and authentic.

She worked as a Conscious Business Facilitator for LinkedIn and currently serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  Jeaneen graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Magna Cum Laude, with a BBA.

She recently served as a Conscious Business Facilitator for LinkedIn where she was instrumental in driving their remarkable culture of transformation, integrity, collaboration, humor and results.

LinkedIn’s Learning & Development team engaged Jeaneen as a facilitator for their Conscious Business program under the direction of their Vice President of Executive Development.  This program was an ongoing development offering to global employees spanning all leadership levels, which she delivered to over 800 employees inclusive of the following components:

  • Delivery of content modules focused on conscious attitudes, authentic communications, creative collaboration, and impeccable coordination.
  • Facilitation of small cohort live virtual sessions supporting mastery of the weekly module’s concepts, including real-time interactive demonstrations of how to apply learning to current situations and challenges faced by participants.
  • Collaboration with other facilitators and the LinkedIn L&D team to evolve the program alongside other leadership, mindfulness, and values-driven initiatives.

Jeaneen serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
