The Day in Brief

Morning: Arrive

We begin with a soft start — coffee, connection, and a spacious welcome. You’ll ease into the room, meet Henley coaches, set your intention for the day, and settle into a reflective keynote that grounds us in why we’re here and what we’re creating together.

Practice Labs & Immersive Learning

Step into hands-on learning labs led by Henley coaches. Each session gives you a window into a different angle of modern leadership: how you respond under pressure, how you move through change, what gets in your way, and what expands your capacity to lead with steadiness.

The labs are practical, grounded, and immediately useful. You might explore what drives reactivity, how to reshape old patterns, how leaders navigate transition, or how identity and belonging shape the way we show up at work.

Meaningful Midday Conversations

Lunch becomes another layer of learning … guided table conversations help you connect with fellow leaders across industries, trade stories, and explore what’s emerging in your own leadership.

Afternoon Dialogues & Reflection

Join a hosted fishbowl conversation: an honest, energizing format where leaders sit together to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention right now. Henley coaches guide the dialogue in a way that feels both spacious and sharply practical, helping you name what you have, what you need, and what’s getting in the way.

These sessions are highly interactive and deeply grounded in real work. You’ll hear how other leaders navigate similar challenges, surface your own insights, and leave with a handful of concrete steps you can put to use as soon as you’re back in your world.

Partner Voices

Hear from a small group of senior leaders from a mix of industries and backgrounds. They’ll share candid stories from their own leadership journeys: where they’ve grown, what’s surprised them, what’s been hard, and what’s helped them build strong, healthy teams.

It’s a chance to listen in on the real work of leadership from people who are walking it every day. You’ll leave with insights you can bring back to your role, your team, and your next season of leadership.

Closing Commitments

We end the day by helping you turn your insights into action. You’ll define what you want to carry forward, identify what support looks like, and create a simple, meaningful commitment you can actually sustain.

Happy Hour & Community Time

We close with a relaxed gathering; conversations, light bites, a space to unwind, and opportunities to connect with coaches and fellow leaders.

Why Attend

  • Experience leadership development that feels real and relational — not theoretical.

  • Connect with a community of values-driven leaders from diverse industries.
