Close the day by creating a personal 30-60-90-day action plan and a “Letter to Future You” to keep your commitments alive long after the event ends.

The Day in Brief

8:00 a.m. - Arrival & Soft Start

Coffee, connection, and intention-setting. Explore the resource wall, pick your word for the day, and meet your coaches.

9:00 a.m. - Opening Circle & Keynote – Leading from the Inside Out

Begin the day with presence and a story that reminds us what authentic leadership looks like.

10:25 a.m. - Morning Practice Labs

Choose two short, hands-on sessions such as:

  • Creative Competencies at Work – Grow awareness of your leadership habits.

  • The Five Keys to Effective Collaboration – Practice tools that build trust.

  • Increasing Inclusion and Empathy through the Enneagram – Discover how different styles handle feedback and change.

Guided table topics on leading in uncertainty, psychological safety, and feedback that lands.

1:05 p.m. - Midday Reset & Afternoon Skill Studios

Move, breathe, and dive into rotating conversations such as:

  • Change and Transition in Real Time

A candid conversation with leaders from organizations Henley has partnered with — what worked, what they’d do again, and why it mattered.

3:30 p.m. - Integration Table Conversations

Guided small-group discussions facilitated by Henley coaches to help leaders connect insights from the day to their real-world leadership challenges.

4:00 p.m. - Commitment Workshop & Closing Circle

Write a “Letter to Future You,” design a 30-60-90-day plan, and close the day feeling grounded and clear.

5:00 p.m. - Optional Community Social

Light bites, headshots, and conversation with coaches and peers.
