Jon Mullican brings over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of environments and levels of responsibility, allowing him to connect and coach individuals and teams at any organization level.  He combines deep listening and exceptional insight to guide leaders and teams to generate lasting business results. Jon’s thoughtful, intimate style ensures swift results for leaders who want to experience immediate gains in their performance. His facilitation skills help teams deliver high-quality outcomes on the most critical business concerns. Jon thinks systemically, helping teams identify root causes to complex issues so that solutions can be swiftly found and implemented. In demand across the country, he often travels to clients to deliver face to face, personalized service.

He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy (1985) and served in the nuclear navy for five years. Jon earned a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University (2005) and has served as adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University. He joined Henley Leadership Group in 2019. He and his wife, Dana, have three grown children.

Jon is a seasoned executive leader with 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector where he was responsible for staff leadership and development as well as the overall operations. His previous experience in the military and as a consultant in manufacturing and a business leader in healthcare provides a wealth of skill and understanding in multiple business arenas.

Jon began providing leadership development training and coaching and organization development consulting in 2005.  He combines deep listening and exceptional insight to guide leaders and teams to generate lasting business results. Jon’s thoughtful, intimate style ensures swift results for leaders who want to experience immediate gains in their performance. His facilitation skills help teams deliver high-quality outcomes on the most critical business concerns. EXAMPLES OF EXECUTIVE COACHING AND CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS

Coach & Co-Facilitator: Microsoft Executives “Inside Out” Leadership Development Program – Jon shared facilitation (52 individuals) and coaching (7 individuals) for high level executives in a transformation/self-awareness/team building curriculum, resulting in the program’s renewal.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation: International Foundation. Jon coaches continent directors toward the best use of themselves as extraordinary leaders to bring out the best in their teams.

Executive Coaching Program: Jon coached four C-Suite executives (in a cohort of eight) through an HLG designed and facilitated, nine-month, transformative program of professional and personal development using both the Enneagram and the Leadership Circle Profile.

Co-Facilitator: Business Team leadership development and collaboration for a regional Veterinary Group, supporting their fast-growing, innovative pursuit of exceptional client/owner service.

Co-Facilitator: Integrative Enneagram Training for HP Human Resources Teams: self-awareness/mindfulness/individual-type understanding.

Co-Facilitator: Provided team development for a regional library system as they navigated significant change in personnel and leadership
