Jon Mullican brings over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of environments and levels of responsibility, allowing him to connect and coach individuals and teams at any organization level. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy (1985) and served in the nuclear navy for five years. Jon earned a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University (2005) and has served as adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University. He joined Henley Leadership Group in 2019. He and his wife Dana live in Dallas, Texas, and have three grown children.
Jon spent 15 years in executive leadership in the non-profit sector, responsible for staff leadership & development and overall operations. His previous experience in the military and as a consultant in manufacturing and healthcare provides a wealth of understanding in multiple business arenas.
