As a senior level facilitator and ICF certified coach, Derek has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to provide leadership coaching and training for individuals, teams and groups. Having served over 1000 professionals over the last ten years, he challenges clients at all levels of leadership to make their greatest contribution to the business and to do so in a way that creates lasting results and better workplaces. His clients describe him as empowering, honest and direct. He provides new thinking that inspires his clients to upgrade their leadership style and implement ways of working that foster integrity and collaboration across the organization.

Derek earned his bachelor’s from the University of Southern California, his coaching accreditation from the Coaches Training Institute, and is a certified coach with International Coaching Federation. Derek has partnered with Henley Leadership Group since 2008, and lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
