Christine is a dynamic, creative, and visionary International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified leadership coach and executive consultant who sparks growth and fosters change to help individuals and teams thrive. Whether coaching individuals or teams, she focuses on strengths, leadership vision, organizational goals and strategy realization while ensuring clear communication, stakeholder collaboration, and team development. Christine has excellent cross-cultural facilitation skills and is particularly adept at creating safe, inclusive spaces for listening, belonging, empathy, transparency and compassion. Results include increased employee engagement and performance, innovative operational solutions and more positive, equitable and inclusive organizational environments that foster employee belonging. Her 50-year goal is to catalyze a more just world and equitable and inclusive leadership at the C-Suite level.
