As Henley’s go-to project administrator, I support our team in delivering high-quality, complex leadership programs across industries like tech, finance, and healthcare. I bring over 15 years of experience managing projects and supporting teams, and I love helping things run smoothly from behind the scenes.
What do you bring to your work?
I’m intuitive, efficient, and a creative problem-solver. I’m known for being a great listener, a kind teammate, and someone who always finds a path forward. I thrive when I can help others succeed, keep things organized, and approach challenges with clarity.
What’s your professional background?
Currently pursuing a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Leadership Concentration
With a blend of technical expertise, coordination skills, and people-centered training, I aim to keep Henley’s projects on track while creating a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike.
What are you most proud of personally and professionally?
Personally, I’m proud of being a mom to a wonderful teenage son—he’s my greatest joy. I’ve also been thriving in recovery from Bipolar Disorder for over 10 years, and I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health.
What brings you joy outside of work?
I live in Atlanta with my husband and son, and I love cooking Southern comfort food and desserts to share with family and friends. Nature keeps me grounded; on weekends, you’ll find me walking Georgia’s scenic trails to reset and reconnect.
