What brings you to this work?

I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people thrive.

My career path has taken me through camp and conference services, real estate, and healthcare, but the common thread has always been people. I care deeply about creating meaningful experiences, building strong relationships, and helping others recognize what makes them uniquely capable.

Some of my earliest leadership experiences happened at a camp and conference center, where I facilitated large groups, led ropes course experiences, and watched people discover courage they didn’t know they had. Later, I had the opportunity to support executive leaders and their teams, which gave me a front-row seat to the complexity and responsibility of leadership. Most recently, I helped strengthen an enterprise executive coaching program focused on engagement, retention, talent strategy, and succession planning.

At Henley, I get to bring all of that together in work that feels deeply meaningful. Supporting leaders as they grow into their most impactful selves feels like a natural extension of who I am.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I traveled internationally for the first time in 2024 and visited Italy, then Scotland in 2025, and it completely awakened something in me. I now dream of seeing more of the world, experiencing new cultures, and continuing to expand my perspective through travel.

How do you approach your work?

I approach my work with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people succeed.

I naturally pay attention to what makes people unique and how those strengths can be elevated for the good of the whole. I care about creating experiences where people feel seen, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. Whether I’m supporting coaching programs, coordinating complex experiences, or partnering with leaders, I want the work to create lasting impact for both individuals and organizations.

What experience do you bring to the table?

I bring cross-industry experience spanning camp and conference services, real estate, and healthcare, along with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure and a minor in Psychology.

Throughout my career, I’ve facilitated large groups, supported executive leaders, coordinated complex initiatives, and helped build enterprise coaching programs designed to strengthen leadership and organizational health. My work has always centered around helping people grow while creating systems and experiences that support sustainable success.

What are you learning right now?

Right now, I’m learning more about somatics and polyvagal theory, which aligns with my passion for health, wellness, and understanding how people experience stress, resilience, and growth. I’m currently reading Somatic Intelligence by Rebecca Arora.

What are you proud of personally?

I’m most proud of my phenomenal daughter and endlessly entertained by my English Bulldog.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, reading, strength training, paddleboarding, and being outdoors whenever I can.

What are you proud of professionally?

I’m proud that my career started as a summer camp dishwasher.

That experience shaped something foundational in me: the belief that every role matters, every person has influence, and meaningful impact can happen from anywhere. I’ve carried that perspective with me ever since.

I’m also proud of the grit and resilience that have shaped my path, and the way I continue to step into challenges with a mindset of making things better for the people around me.
