As one of the principals of Henley Leadership Group, Carol has had the 20+ year privilege of building a successful learning organization with great partners. Daily, she is given the opportunity to walk her talk, fully utilizing all of the training she has had as an executive coach, transformational facilitator, presenter and business owner. As much has changed as the business has grown, what remains true is her commitment to creating workplaces where all people can thrive. This is true for the Henley Leadership Team, and the clients we serve. Carol firmly believes transformation can happen for leaders and their organizations in which they bring out the best in everyone with a good balance of levity, humility, deep care and thoughtful action.

Carol is adept at identifying system dynamics and their implications for the task at hand. Taking the whole systems approach to her work, she collaborates and leads the Henley Leadership team to deliver on our promises.
