Darby Barton

Darby is on a mission to make organizations and individuals more sustainable, effective, and fun. She leverages years of working with creatives and entrepreneurs to help others navigate chaos. Her marketing, artist management, event production, and global start-up experience equips her to pivot quickly, to listen keenly, to orchestrate new systems, and to invite others into the process of driving agile change initiatives. And, as an artist at heart, Darby loves helping others find beauty, connection, and humor in the most surprising places.

A Los Angeles native and resident, Darby has enjoyed a lifetime of rich cultural diversity. She earned her BA in Organization Studies and Ethnomusicology from Pitzer College, a nationally top-ranked institution that celebrates intercultural understanding, social responsibility, and community involvement. She is currently finishing her Master’s in Organization Development (MSOD) at Pepperdine University.
