As a professional and executive coach, Penny draws upon 22 years of experience across management roles in IT, higher education, and non-profit administration as well as start-up organizations. She provides highly customized coaching and consulting designed to enhance performance for her clients and their organizations. Penny works with her clients to support their personal and professional growth by helping clients consider what matters most, and integrate it all. She couples her coaching, consulting, and facilitation work with her M.B.A. in Marketing and her doctorate in Leadership to help create relevant, meaningful, and actionable solutions for her clients. Penny spends her free time skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and traveling with her family in their Volkswagen “bus.” She is a want-to-be urban farmer; harvesting a variety of organic fruit and veggies from her backyard.
