As an experienced leader with 30 years of business experience, David leverages his education in coaching psychology to work with clients using an evidence-based approach. He focuses on leadership development, increasing productive communication, innovation, and developing self and systems awareness. He also works with leaders with ADHD to maximize their potential.
David is an adept strategic and systems thinker, challenging his clients to think more broadly and lead on a global scale. He’s known for being a deep listener with a warm, engaging style, and for creating a trusting environment, which allows clients to take the kinds of risks required for sustainable change.
He holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara. He lives in Seattle.
