In a previous job, Carrie got a crash course in organizational change and a new understanding of the human impact of organizational volatility. This, paired with previous experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, opened Carrie’s eyes to the notion that workplaces and systems vary greatly, and spurred new energy toward creating environments that cultivate the best in people. This was the start to Carrie’s calling to support people achieve big things by bringing their true selves to their workplaces and fostering environments where people feel seen and heard.
