To her role at Henley Leadership Group, Carrie brings an extensive background in operations and administration, paired with energy and a solution-oriented approach that positively impacts clients’ interaction with our team. She provides both client and executive support, and strategic project management on both internal and external programs and initiatives. Previously, Carrie served as Operations Manager at the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County (EDC), where she gained a high-level understanding of economic development and the forces that shape growth in the region. Carrie is experienced in the planning and execution of client meetings and events across multiple teams, and has a knack for building relationships and implementing operational process improvements.
Carrie has a passion for non-profit work. Her international experience includes volunteer service in Guatemala as the Communications Officer for Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos, a network of not-for-profit children's homes serving Latin America and the Caribbean.
Carrie is a Washington State University graduate.
