To her role, Carrie brings an extensive background in operations and administration, paired with energy and a solution-oriented approach that positively impacts clients’ experience with our team. She provides client and executive support, strategic project management on both internal and external initiatives, and supports Henley Leadership in research and the design of program materials. Previously, Carrie served as Operations Manager at the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County (EDC), where she gained a high-level understanding of economic development and the forces that shape growth in the region. Carrie is a connector. She has a knack for building relationships and as well as tackling new ideas with enthusiasm and curiosity.
Carrie has a passion for non-profit work. Her international experience includes volunteer service in Guatemala as the Communications Officer for Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos, a network of not-for-profit children's homes serving Latin America and the Caribbean.
Carrie is a Washington State University graduate. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
