Q: Before working at Henley Leadership, what was your most interesting or weirdest job you've ever had?
A: Working in a Vietnamese Refugee Camp in Malaysia for 18 months. I helped develop a dental clinic with Dentists and assistants from all over the world. It was one of the best experiences of my life. We implemented a plan to train the refugees to be dental assistants so we could see more clients.
Q: What is your role at Henley Leadership Group?
A: I support HLG as the Client Services Manager. I make sure that our clients receive excellent care. We are known for excellence and "going above and beyond" for our clients.
Q: What's your favorite thing about working at Henley Leadership Group?
A: How willing we all are to open our hearts to one another. That failures are wins and we grow so much from them.
Q: What have you learned?
A: That as human beings we all make mistakes and it is part of our growth. Our collaboration as a team (and loving our cultural differences ) boosts our creativity and expansiveness.
Q: What are you reading right now?
A: City of Girls by Elizabeth Gilbert. Light end-of-summer reading!
Q: What’s making you happy this week?
A: Sorting through my house to clean and clear out with joy, the Marie Kondo way. It is liberating! Also, swimming in my pool with family and friends on these sunny end-of-the-summer / early fall days.
